This policy explains what's allowed on our hosting, domain and related services — and what isn't.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out the rules for using Marwat Tech's services, including web hosting, domains, email, SSL and related products. By using our services you agree to follow this policy, which protects our network, our customers and the wider internet.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws of Pakistan and the country where you operate. Services must not be used to break laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or store or distribute illegal material.
You may not use our services to host or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, threatening, or that promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech or discrimination. This includes phishing, malware, cryptocurrency mining scripts and content that breaches the rights of others.
You may not send unsolicited bulk email (spam), use false headers or deceptive subject lines, or operate open relays. Email sent through our services must comply with applicable anti-spam laws and include valid sender information. Mass email requires prior approval and must honour unsubscribe requests.
Shared hosting resources are shared fairly between customers. You must not use excessive CPU, memory, bandwidth or storage that degrades service for others, and you must not run daemons, mining software or background processes not permitted by your plan.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account, probe or scan networks without permission, or interfere with the availability or integrity of our servers or any third-party systems. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for promptly patching software on your own hosting.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate services that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you where practical. Repeat or serious violations may result in account termination, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
If you believe a Marwat Tech customer is violating this policy, please report it to abuse@marwat-tech.com. Include as much detail as possible — the offending domain, time and description of the issue — so we can investigate promptly.
