Marwat Tech provides web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, website development, and related digital services. Service descriptions, pricing, and features are detailed on the relevant product pages and may change from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes that affect existing services.
When you place an order, you agree to pay the stated amount for the chosen billing cycle. Payment may be made via the methods shown at checkout (bank transfer, Easypaisa, Meezan Bank, or PayPal). Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Services renew for the billing cycle you selected (monthly, yearly, or multi-year). You can change your billing cycle for a new order at checkout. You are responsible for renewing services before they expire; we will send renewal reminders to the email address on your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Our services must be used in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use our services for illegal activity, distributing malware, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend services that violate this policy.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Where a refund applies, it will be processed to the original payment method. Domain registrations and certain third-party services may be non-refundable once ordered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marwat Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
